Refund & Cancellation
At WearModesty, we take pride in creating high-quality, custom-made modest fashion garments tailored to our customers’ needs. Due to the personalized and made-to-order nature of our products, we have a strict no refund, no exchange, and no cancellation policy.
1. No Refunds
All products sold by WearModesty are custom-made and crafted specifically for each order. As such, we do not offer any refunds once an order is placed and processed. Please ensure you review all product details, sizing, and shipping information carefully before placing your order.
2. No Exchanges
Because our garments are made to order, we do not accept any product exchanges. We encourage customers to double-check size guides, measurements, and product descriptions to ensure a perfect fit.
3. No Cancellations
Once an order is confirmed and payment is received, it is immediately queued for processing and production. Therefore, orders cannot be canceled under any circumstances after placement.
4. Damaged or Defective Items
We conduct strict quality checks on all orders before dispatch. However, in the rare case that you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at wearmodestyabayas@gmail.com with:

We will review the issue and, if approved, arrange for a replacement of the same item. Replacement is only applicable in the case of manufacturing defects.
